Practice Areas
She carries out her professional activity in the field of civil and commercial law, providing both extrajudicial and judicial assistance and consultancy, also dealing with contractual matters, both in terms of drafting contracts and in terms of resolving connected issues.
She has developed specific expertise in corporate matters, with reference to all the needs that may arise during the life of the company, starting from its incorporation and also in relation to extraordinary events, such as acquisitions, sales of business and restructuring operations.
With reference to bankruptcy and insolvency law, she has gained significant experience in resolving issues relating to crisis management and the conduct of insolvency procedures, also in the role of bankruptcy lawyer.
Since 2013 she has been a mediator pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010 at the Mediation Organization of the Turin Bar Association, and subsequently also at ADR Piemonte – Unioncamere, an activity that developed her particular ability in negotiation techniques.
